This project includes the renovation of two specific areas within the naturalistic Dorcesher Park setting—the children’s play area and the tennis courts. Through meetings, the community expressed an interest in play equipment for both younger children and something challenging for the older kids too. The design includes two platform structures, swings and also a Goric climbing ball. Low walls separate the swings from the rest of the area. All equipment is carefully situated around several mature oak trees.
An existing basketball court was changed to a tennis court with new fencing and surfacing.
