This smart-growth development is located on a former sugar processing plant site in North Wilmington. After a span of almost 10 years of planning and several programmatic revolutions, the final realized development is two-L-shaped buildings housing 108 rental units, with a low enclosed parking structure set along the rail lines. An entry green with flowering trees, the American flag and benches provide an entry focal point.
Amenities include a small tot-lot, a dog play area, and an outdoor community space with a Stone BBQ all set in a park-like setting. Residents can walk to the near-by MBTA station on a newly constructed path which directly links the development to the station.
